This cleaning tool is excellent. However, I'm uncertain about the durability of the hose—it's often the first thing to fail.
This compact cleaning device is fantastic. We also own a larger model of the same product, and both perform exceptionally well. The smaller version is perfect for minor spills and other incidents, and it's much more convenient to use for pet-related or human accidents. It's a fantastic little machine, and I got it at a great price.
So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase. After conducting extensive research between this model and another green one, I chose this one because it offers greater suction power and can cover a larger area. I use it at least once a month, if not more frequently, to clean the upholstery, carpets, and for removing stains caused by pets and a baby. It's easy to maintain. The only significant drawback is that it's a bit bulky for storage, but it's not a major issue.
The machine arrived on time. However, it was missing a part. It took some time to reach Hoover customer service, but once I did, they were very quick to send a replacement part.
